Metasearch Sites
A metasearch engine will submit your single query to many other search engines, greatly speeding your search. Different metasearch sites will organize the results differently and the only way to decide which will work best for you is to try all of them out.
I have listed them by two categories, meta-general sites for any and all queries and meta-specific sites which group searches into various specific categories and can provide much more targeted results.
